Texas Lyceum Journal: "Transportation Infrastructure: Establishing Public Policy Priorities"
In December, the Texas Lyceum held their 23rd public conference, bringing together over 300 participants to discuss and debate one of Texas' most complex issues: Transportation infrastructure.
Using a "fishbowl dialogue" technique, participants were encouraged to dialogue with the panelists and other attendees to develop public policy priorities to address Texas' growing need for increased transportation infrastructure and funding. The Lyceum Journal is a record of the discussions and identified priorities developed at the meeting. An electronic copy can be found here.
